SquareDrop is used to cooperate on a project management basis, following the ISO standard procedures, using several project management tools.
We start with a clear definition of the functional goals of a project.
This will be translated in technical specifications.
The definition phase results in a phased project plan, using milestones to be able to follow up the project (Gate reviews).
After research and development of prototypes, verification against the technical specs will be performed.
Finally the customer will validate the product against the functional specs.
We have experience in scaling up products to a large scale.
